3. HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
Please refer to our refund policy. Note that Boyone cannot accept returned products that have incurred man-made damage.
4. HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
To use your coupon code, add all of your items to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then click apply. Please note that you can only enter one promotion code for a given order from www.boyone.com. Coupon codes cannot be used for orders already placed.
5. WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS?

You must report damaged or missing items within 3 business days of receipt by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. In some cases, we may need a customer's help to confirm the problem.
6. WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS ON BACKORDER?
In rare cases when you do not receive your order for more than 10 days, please get in touch with email@example.com, and we will deal with it immediately.

8. WHY DIDN'T I GET A TRACKING NUMBER FOR SEVERAL DAYS?
Usually, we will send a tracking code out within 2 working days, and the shipping time will be 3-10 days.
Occasionally, special circumstances make the payment take longer to process, which adds a few days longer before the item is shipped and you receive your code.
Please review the product page for your orders, which will indicate the inventory availability status of the product. Products that are out of stock will be shipped automatically once we receive additional inventory.
